Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Monthly Memberships

Monthly Park Print Club memberships automatically renew each billing period until canceled.

You may cancel your membership at any time before your next renewal date through your customer account or by contacting us. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not refund an order or membership payment that has already been processed.

Because each month’s package is prepared specifically for members, orders that have already been processed or entered fulfillment cannot be canceled or refunded.

Prepaid Memberships

Prepaid 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month memberships are paid in full at the time of purchase and do not automatically renew.

Prepaid memberships are non-refundable once purchased, and unused or remaining months cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement when appropriate in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
