These Terms of Service govern your use of the Park Print Club website and any purchases made through our online store. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website.

You may not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products and Availability

We make every effort to display our products, photographs, colors, descriptions, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

Many Park Print Club products, including prints and posters, are made to order. Product availability, pricing, and specifications may change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders when necessary.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit an order if we believe it was placed fraudulently, contains an obvious pricing or listing error, or cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown during checkout.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Made-to-order products are created specifically for each order and are therefore final sale and non-returnable.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photographs of the item and packaging.

When a product qualifies as damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement cannot be provided, we may issue a refund.

Slight variations in color between digital images and printed products are normal and are not considered defects.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Park Print Club is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all photography, artwork, designs, graphics, text, logos, product images, and other content available through Park Print Club are owned by or licensed to Park Print Club and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a physical or digital product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Park Print Club photography, artwork, and designs may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.

7. Personal Use

Products purchased from Park Print Club are intended for personal use unless separate commercial or resale permission has been provided.

Purchasing a print, photograph, poster, or other item does not grant permission to reproduce, scan, digitize, distribute, or commercially use the artwork.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping providers, subscription platforms, and other technology providers.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.

9. Website Accuracy

We work to keep the information on our website accurate and current, but occasional typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by an error at any time.
